Saw the Lord for the first time in 1977

Lead by the Holy Ghost to the City of Atlanta Labor Management Water Board in 1978 and through them I was taken to the city hall (68 Mitchell St.) where I was then directed to work with staff at West Laboratory. The error was made when I was directed to work for West Laboratory staff, this action was taken by a man and a woman and not by the Holy Ghost. Even when I was given a paper map of how to go to the West Laboratory the Holy Ghost was with me in my brother in laws van that I was driving at the time. The Holy Ghost led me to the Water department facility nest to the R.M. Clayton plant in which these two plants are separated by a steel fence.

Ranked 26th among 82 graduates in Class in 1965 Jefferson High School located on Flint Rd. Bath, SC. We were given the key to Washington DC in April 1965. We were given the privilege to receive the key and to enter any public facility even the White House. We received the honour as being the best performing band in the State of South Carolina among Double A schools in 1965. Vernon received all A's while being a member of the Jefferson High School band.

Received a Degree in Biology in Denmark, SC where he attended May 1966-1970 at Voorhees College. They briefly closed Voorhees College for about 30 days in 1969 and about 45 days 1970 however both times reopened afterword due to adversity with staff and students. Voorhees awarded Vernon Philpott Sr. a student work study job between 1966 and May 1970. Voohrees College awarded Vernon an NSDL (National Student Defence Loan) in the amount of  $750 in 1970. Voorhees College awarded Vernon Philpott Sr. an economic opportunity grant valued at $250 in 1970.  Voorhees College student council president sometimes gave money to Vernon Philpott Sr for transportation purposes to carry students to North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. Voorhees College gave Vernon Philpott Sr. money through the student council president to help transport senior citizens 1969-1970.

Honorary Sailor of the U.S. Navy in Staff Communication. Received no grade less the 3.0. Most grades received were 3.8 - 3.9. November 1974, he was offered to become a Naval Aviation Officer Candidate.

Volunteer – 1972-1975 USS Free Port LPD12 Flagship. Received the same grades as in the active navy.

Invented the volatile acid standard which is a test procedure for technicians and chemists working within laboratories in the USA. This invention is copyrighted in the year 1987 by American Idea Management aka American Ideal Marketing Inc. located in Stoneham, MA 02180. They went out of business in 2003.

Invented Super Cool Freeze in 1987.

Invented Weather Monitor that reads weather conditions in 1987.

Vernon contacted a Fortune 500 company and had a discussion with a recruiter. At the time they offered him a job in Kuwait earning $60,000 per year in 1989 and a house already paid for by the company to work in the environmental services. The job was to help clean up Kuwait. At that time he declined the job and the house. This job is now paying up to $191,000 (2016).

Vernon was offered a job in Marietta, GA in the year of 1987 to work at the Twin Towers Building by Mr. Henry Smith, selling water purification units at a salary range of $57,000 per year. He declined the job.

Vernon was offered a job to work for Rich's department store in downtown Atlanta in 1987 on the 6th floor teaching students that were undisciplined at a salary range of $18,000 per year. He declined the job.

The Richmond County Board of Education offered a job to Vernon in 1990. He declined the job. (Dr. Bush)

The Department of Social Services offered Vernon a job as a school teacher working for North Augusta Elementary School in 1994. He declined the job.

Vernon was offered a house by his mother in 1974 and declined it. She also offered him a car in the same year and he declined it.

Vernon was offered a house by his father in law in 1975. He declined the house.

Vernon prayed to Christ in 1988 for a house. He saved $5000 through government bonds. He saved another $8,801 through his pension. $42,000 was received in 1987. The House was built in 1966 and cost $30,000. Elbert Philpot and Marie Reynolds Philpot built this house in 1966. His attorneys at the time were Moffett and Henderson Law firm in the year of 1986 through 1987 in the city of Bulkhead, GA (these attorney's handled a dispute between Vernon Philpot Sr and the Waste Water Labratory and was awarded $22,500 from the city of Atlanta. To clarify this, the Holy Ghost led Vernon Philpot Sr. to work for the city of Atlanta Water Labor Board at the intersection of Mitchell St. and Central Ave. Atlanta GA 30301. The Holy Ghost did not lead me to City Hall at Mitchell St and Central Ave. The Holy Ghost did not leave me to work for any waste water or sewage treatment plant). He has lived in the house since January 29th 1992. In the year 1988, Vernon Philpot Sr. saw in a dream, a large bank bag tied neatly together about 75% full of money. Vernon Philpot Sr. in the same dream saw a brick home that appeared to be like his mother's house. The house came true to him in the year of 1992. The money came true to him in 1999.

In December 1983 through January 1984, 1st line supervisor Wade Broughton, division of Waste Water Labratory with the City of Atlanta Department of Environment and Streets in the Bureau of Pollution Control offered a lifetime job to Vernon Philpot Sr. but he turned down the job. Winter of 1974. When stationed on the U.S.S. Shreveeport-LPD12 (A flagship) Vernon Philpot Sr was asked by a 1st line supervisor and department head to attend a dignitary ceremony on the starboard side of the ship with several other sailors and officers to shake hands with Queen Elizabeth while we were stationed at Rotterdam, England and Vernon Philpot Sr. declined. Vernon was invited by the White House Conference on Small Business and Small Business Administration to attend meetings between August 17th through the 21st 1986. Vernon accepted the opportunity to attend from August 18th until the 21st. Vernon was living with his wife and children at the Holiday Inn hotel across from the Sheraton at the time. The first prophesy, I Vernon Philpot Sr. did see my first daughter six years before she was born in the year 1974 when I was serving aboard USS Shreveport LPD-12. My daughter was born April 15, 1980 as the dream came true to the letter, she was born premature. I had witness of all of these prophesy spoken.

In the same dream will aboard USS Shreveport LPD-12 I Vernon Philpot Sr. did see in this dream the first black President of the United States of America. The description of this man was true to the letter. From that year on, I told this dream to every employer that I ever work for and people in the community in which I lived. I also told friends and enemies alike. Therefore I saw the first black President of the United States 34 years before he became President.

All of the blessings mentioned above was received through Malachi Chapter 3 verse 10 and St. John Chapter 15 verse 7&8.
